Cancellation Policy
If you do not contact us and arrive more than one hour after the reserved time, your booking will be treated as cancelled.
If you cancel on the same day before vehicle dispatch, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Fees
7 days before: Free
6 to 3 days before: 20% of the basic rate
2 days to 1 day before: 30% of the basic rate
On the day of rental: 50% of the basic rate
※If you cancel after dispatch on the day of rental (e.g., due to not carrying a valid driver’s license), a cancellation fee equivalent to 24 hours of the reserved class rate will be charged.
Before Departure
A valid driver’s license is required at the time of vehicle pick-up. Please do not forget it.
We will prepare the rental agreement and complete the necessary procedures. The driver’s license of the applicant is required. If anyone other than the applicant will also drive, their driver’s license must also be presented.
※If you do not bring your driver’s license, we cannot rent you a vehicle.
・We will confirm the rental period and return time, and explain insurance coverage and what to do in case of an accident.
・Payment must be made in advance by cash or credit card.
・You will check the vehicle together with our staff for any dents or scratches before departure.
・Please allow about 15 minutes from contract preparation to departure. We recommend arriving with sufficient time.
Vehicle Return
・Fuel costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please make sure to return the vehicle with a full tank.
・Return location and time will be set at the time of rental, but changes can be made on the day of return. Please contact us for details.
・After returning the vehicle, our staff will inspect it. If there are any extension fees or additional charges, they will be settled at that time.
